Seafood Legacy celebrated its 9th anniversary on 7th July.

This year, we have further clarified our commitment as a company promoting sustainability, for example, by creating our own procurement policy for seafood, and timber products.

In October, we will host the Tokyo Sustainable Seafood Summit (TSSS), which will become the tenth time this year. We will look back at the sustainable seafood movement to date and discuss how we can create a path to 'Win the Mainstream”, which is the main theme of this year's event.

In the run-up to this year's TSSS, we have also organised seminars and symposium focusing on blue finance and on key fish species, tuna and shrimp.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to working with you to strengthen the movement towards the TSSS in October, and the year 2030, which is a goal year of SDGs.
